Financial Setting a.k Sectoral Setting (Lesson from Vodafone AirTouch Case)

continuing to our first talk about DNA…
as you see, we knew that
we are, Indonesian, or others who have blood from Indonesia (from
his/her grand father/mother…and so on), that called the origin of
Human.

The application of the Financial Setting nor Sectoral
Setting can be seen in, For an example in Telecommunication business,
the Vodafone Air Touch case provided by Harvard School which often
discussed by many business school around the world. the case are more
concerning to the International financial strategy. But somehow,
through the story you may find any available information that proofing
the sectoral setting.

Here are the profile:

Vodafone is stated as British (United Kingdom) company.
Mannesmann is stated as German company.
Orange is stated as another British company.
it is also mentioned about the  presence of Consultant in Hongkong.
Hutchison in Australia.
other part which also mentioned France Telecom
also United states country, the US markets are the targets.

Overall, we already have this country:

1. British
2. Germany
3. Australia
4. Hongkong
5. US

But as France telecom mentioned, they are willing to enter US markets.
While Vodafone already using US government to push German Kanselir to
release Mannesmann and Vodafone itself already listed in US Stock
Exchange.

therefore… we may conclude this compotition:

1. British with British
2. Germany which is British on it
3. Australia which is British on it
4. Hongkong which is definitely British on it
5. US, as the other place of British

by this mean, there are already 3 sectors are fully equipped with British company or subsidiary.
But,
in this case the sector no. 7th are surrounded by 4 groups of another
sector. 3 sector already occupied, still one missing since the rest
sector are Rusia in it. But there’s still an opportunity to enter the
group 4, since Canada are in the same sector with Russia.

So, Do British already in Canada at present? if Yes, so the cross sector border already establish surround sector no.7

what
i’m willing to tell you guys, are the role of Indonesia. Since the
sectoral setting may not be available to cross sector border unless
Indonesia are participate. But how can Vodafone do the Cross Sectoral
Border? Well, i guess there are Indonesia Citizen involved… you may
guess… who is She/ He

Fortunately, i do believe that
Indonesia government did not respond yet to the situation. how ever,
the cross sector border are still fragile, any one can break the
connection untill Indonesia Government Formally take a part on it.

Why
Indonesia? hmmmpffff… did i already tells about the origin of Human?
it means, the foreigner are younger than Indonesia people. so… the
financial System are following to the DNA spreading track… got it?

Stupid? or maybe did not understand? just ask lah…..

Well this is just a combination of words that still far from the
reality… I do apalogize also if there’s a part of this world who
dislike for the words i had written…
